This is exactly what we have done.  I have been practicing real estate for over 14 years.  My agents grew up in Mobile and Baldwin County.  We know these markets.  I worked for a couple large companies in years past and developed SpringHill Real Estate from those experiences.  By design, our firm is small and efficient and our overhead low.  As a result, our firm is able to offer a 3.5% commission structure to qualified properties without the customer losing any service.

I have a great team of agents.  We all work together, thus allowing your interests to be represented well.  We are a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as well as the Mobile Area Association of Realtors®.  Our properties are all available and viewable on the Internet 24 hours a day.
